Santa’s Grotto @ Parque Urraca

If you venture down to Parque Urraca in Bella Vista after dark you will stumble across one of the most beautiful displays of Christmas lights this season. Every tree is dripping in sparkling strands of light, and there are Christmas trees, candy canes, reindeer, snowflakes, snowmen…you get the picture. My point is it is well worth taking your little ones down for a walk. (There is a good police presence). You might want to think about wearing shoes suitable for puddles if it has been raining, even the pathways can get a little flooded and muddy. There is on street parking in many of the adjacent streets, although you may want to avoid this Sunday (11th Dec) evening as it will most likely be busy post Christmas parade. Afterwards take a drive down Frederico Boyd which is also looking rather well illuminated and seasonal.
We took E this evening just after 6pm for a pre bedtime treat. She really didn’t know where to look and there were lots of earnest “Oooohs” and gasps of joy. At one point she even broke into applause which made us laugh. I will let the pictures do the talking.

Merry Christmas from the Little Bean and I. Ho ho ho 🎄🎄🎄
